The admission process at SIESSBS involves the following 3 steps:
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Essay Writing
Group Discussion: The GD assesses 3 broad parameters: Communication Skills, Team Orientation and Logical Reasoning. Using data and examples to substantiate the students’ viewpoint is appreciated by the assessors.
Personal Interview: The students undergo a PI where the emphasis is on understanding the students’ personality, his/her orientation towards the management field, the students’ overall attitude and general awareness.
Essay Writing: Since communication is the key to everything in the management field, the students’ communication skills, their awareness of fundamental issues and their analytical ability are also evaluated through an essay that the students write as a part of the admission process.

Masters In Management Studies (MMS)

Masters In Computer Application (MCA)
Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) was introduced in SIESCOMS in the year 2001. MCA is a two year full time program affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Spanning over four semesters, the course not only includes subjects that give a good grounding in the IT concepts & latest technologies, but also includes subjects like Soft-Skills to prepare the students to be more competent and are ready to face the dynamic corporate world. The programme offers a variety of Skill based courses to expose students with the latest tools used in the industry. The MCA programme at SIESCOMS is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi.
