Eligibility for admission into PGDM, PGDM (HRM) and PGDM (B&FS) Programs
Educational Background
A bachelor’s or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline, including Engineering, Humanities, Commerce, Economics, Medicine or any other branch of education, from a recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by the UGC / Association of Indian Universities). The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification of the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education, post higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent.
Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they furnish proof of meeting the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2022. Candidates who are unable to comply with this requirement are liable to be rejected from the program.
An applicant may be a graduate without any work experience or with relevant work experience from any discipline of education
Categories of Applicants
Self Sponsored Candidates
The bulk of the applicants to IMI New Delhi are self-sponsored candidates. They are either fresh graduates or have worked for a few years and joined IMI New Delhi after quitting their jobs. The Institute’s placement cell provides them placement assistance on the best effort basis.
Company Sponsored Candidates
IMI New Delhi accepts applications from company-sponsored candidates. These candidates will also be assessed as per the selection process followed at IMI New Delhi.
Candidates being sponsored by their respective companies must submit a letter from the sponsoring organization to this effect and undertake to pay all fees and dues from time to time, during the complete duration of the program. Foreign Nationals
IMI New Delhi accepts applications from candidates with Foreign Nationality. These candidates will also be assessed as per the selection process followed at IMI New Delhi.
Candidates with Foreign Nationality are required to hold valid foreign passports and will not be eligible for receiving any placement assistance from the Institute’s placement cell.

To be eligible for admission to the PGDM Program(s), the participants must possess a bachelor’s equivalent degree, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline, from a recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by the UGC / Association of Indian Universities). However, the final selection may be based on a higher cut-off percentage depending on the total number of applicants for the program. The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years education, after completing higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they furnish proof of meeting the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2022. Candidates who are unable to comply with this requirement are liable to be rejected from the program. It is desirable that candidates complete all academic requirements before enrolling for the program to help them keep pace with the rigour and assessment parameters of the program. IMI Delhi Infrastructure
The campus of IMI Delhi is well-equipped with basic facilities such as smart classrooms, an auditorium, a computer center, a library with journals and books, Wi-Fi, a cafeteria, a theater, hostel facilities, and more. IMI Delhi also focuses on academic activities to enhance the skills of students. For this, it has an academic club encouraging students to take student-driven academic and professional initiatives. It also comprises several clubs for academic activities. Some clubs are the Marketing Club, Finance Club, Operations Club, Human Resource Club, etc. The college consists of girls’ and boys’ hostels. IMI library has a collection of 25,660 books and has subscribed to 6,779 periodical titles and national and international newspapers.
How to Reach IMI Delhi?
To reach the International Management Institute (IMI) in New Delhi, The nearest metro station is Qutab Minar Metro Station on the Yellow Line. From the metro station, you can take an auto-rickshaw or a taxi to reach the institute, which is about 2 kilometers away. Several buses connect the Qutab Institutional Area to different parts of Delhi.
You can take a bus to the Qutab Institutional Area and then either walk or take a rickshaw/taxi to the institute. You can use Google Maps or a GPS device to navigate to the institute. The institute is located in the Qutab Institutional Area, which is easily accessible by car.
